  2. Music: Listen to some upbeat, happy, dance beats! Do not give in to sad slow songs that might bring you down. Research has found that listening to music can reduce pain and anxiety, so make sure you listen to at least one happy song a day!
  3. Get Moving: Do not skip your workout session, head to the gym or workout in your house. Working out increases your “happy hormones” and helps lift up your mood.
  4. Have an Indoor Friends Gathering:  Whether it’s cooking a fancy dinner for your friends, having a movie night in, or a game night, distract yourself with a fun gathering!
